Celia Hammond Animal Trust, 233-235 Lewisham Way

Rosie from Celia Hammond has been in touch to ask us to plug their website and to woo you all with these two furry characters, who we think are called Tara and Tessa.

The centre cares for stray animals and tries to find them a home as quickly as possible. Rosie says:

"Also, if you fancy posting this message as a topic to inspire people to comment on their cats, you may like to feature a pic of the two lovely kittens we're fostering at the moment as they're looking for a home together (we can't keep them as we rent and have no cat flap). They were rescued as feral 8 week old kittens from Thornton Heath backin July and are now beautiful, affectionate 5 month old kittens. They've both been neutered and microchipped and are available for viewing in St Johns. Go on... how can you resist?!"

We're happy to plug the centre, not least because we've only ever had stray cats as pets and they've all been lovely. Besides, Brockley Kate would probably never forgive us if we turned down the opportunity to feature a photo of cats.
